Windgap Parents Association After more than 50 years of useful service to the school, past pupils of Windgap NS will this week feel nostalgic for happy days spent playing and eating lunch in 'the shed'. The expansion of the school building over the years has encroached on the playground area. The removal of the shed will increase the space for play. The rubble will be put to good use. It will be recycled and used in the construction of the new community playground.
A fashion show in aid of Windgap Community Projects will take place on Friday February 20 th 2014, in the Springhill Hotel Kilkenny. The organising committee are currently putting out the request for volunteer Adult and post primary models for the night. If you are interested please call Julie at 086 8095329
