Windgap became the Allianz, Top Oil Cumann na mBunscoil Roinn “E” Champions in Nowaln Park on Wednesday evening when they recorded a 4-8 to 2-2 win over Galmoy in Nowlan Park having led 3-2 to 0-2 at half time.

A coffee morning and raffle in aid of the people of earthquake stricken Nepal takes place in Grangemockler Hall on this Sunday morning 31st of May at 11am. The funds will be taken direct to Nepal in August by Fr. Richard Gere P.P. of Grangemockler and Ballyneale. The event runs from 11am to 2pm. All support, including attending the event, donations and supplying prizes for the raffle would be greatly appreciated.
This Wednesday sees Windgap National School boys take on Galmoy in the county Roinn E final. Their opponents in Nolan Pack HQ are their good friends Galmoy. Throw in is at 5pm. It is hoped that a big crowd will travel from the area to support the lads.
