The final paired up Windgap's Emer Baron with Galmoy's Una Duggan, with the Emer being pipped at the post. A huge crowd of supporters were on hand particularly for the Windgap girls. The world class facility as always continues to be a credit to those who created it and sustain it.
Twenty kids from Windgap traveled to the Avon Rí adventure Centre on the shores of Blessington lake, in Wicklow today Saturday. With a team of six leaders, the group had a tremendous action packed day, with activities including canoeing, kayaking, zip-line, archery, team building and orienteering. Lunch was taken at the centre, while the obligatory McDonalds visit to Kilkenny was completed on the way home.

Congrats 2 Niall Walsh winning 2nd All Irl. Sen. Colleges title with St Kieran’s College in Thurles.. With family. It was a big win for the Windgap 14 girls, who pulled off a great victory in a home game for their Clara opponents. The score of 8-4 to 0-0 in favor of Windgap failed to represent the competitive nature of the game, with some strong performances from the Clara side. This first U14 outing of the year is a great springboard at the start of the camogie season, and is a testament to the the management team of Pat Foley and Tony Dunphy.
