There's yet another chance to checkout the new look WIndgap Community centre. The Kids from Windgap National school present "Come follow the star" on Friday afternoon 14th of December 2012.It will be followed by "strictly come Zumba" This is an annual highlight of the school and community calendar, and all are most welcome ! Windgap National school children have been invited to submit entries for a logo to be used on windgap.ie Rules are simple: 1. Think of any combination of text, images or colours. 2. Put your ideas on an A4 page. 2. Get the entry in by Friday of this week (to the School) All entries will be uploaded to the website to be admired by all, and winners to be announced Christmas week. As in previous years Christmas Cakes are much sought after prizes, as are the excellent quality hams. Its also a great opportunity to see the recent improvements in the hall. Santa Claus visits Windgap Loads of activities for the kids at the Windgap Bazaar including the annual visit of Santa Claus to to the locality. The bazaar will also launch the first ever sight of an external Christmas tree that will bedeck the entrance porch. |
