In the first game, the Windgap duo of Sean Barron and Mark McCoy defeated the Lisdowney lads, Willie Cahill and Eoin Kenny. It took a tie breaker to separate the teams in a very close finish. 15-21, 21-15, 21-12
Pauraic Foley had a tough fight with Jonathon Queally over two games, 21-16, 21-15.
In the last competetive game of the night, Blade O'Gorman had a great win over a very competitive Luke Holohan with scores of 21-9, 21-11.
