CHAMPIONSHIP D DAY'S: Saturday is championship D Day for both the Hurling and Camogie Clubs adult sides when the Senior Camogie side play host to the Rower Inistioge at midday in Windgap and the Junior Hurlers play championship favourites Lisdowney in Palmerstown at 4.30pm. A win for both sides would see them qualify for their respective semi finals with a County semi-final appearance in Nowlan Park for the Hurlers and a clash with Thomastown for the ladies. At underage level the refixed Galmoy Windgap minor hurling tie with Graigueballycallan takes place on the weekend of 28th of September.
