Saturday: Kilmoganny at 7.00 p.m.;
Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament in St. Nicholas’s Church, Windgap each Monday from 10.00 a.m. – 8.00 p.m.
Holy Hour each Wednesday from 3.00 - 4.00 p.m. St. Leonard’s Church, Dunamaggan.

****************************************************************************************4Defibrillator Fund: The Cake and Home Produce Sale which was held after the Cemetery Mass in Windgap on Friday evening last brought in a total of €841.77 for the Defibrillator Fund. Sincere thanks to those who baked bread and cakes; made jams; supplied free-range eggs, fresh fruit and vegetables. Thanks also to those from far and near who gave donations; those who bought all the fresh produce and those supported the raffle on the night. The prize winners were: 1st Prize – Hamper: Kathleen O’ Shea; 2nd Prize - Bottle of Whiskey: Noel Smith; 3rd Prize – Ornament: Dan Phelan; 4th Prize - Bottle Wine: Catherine Barron: 5th Prize – Bottle Wine: Nora Kelly; 6th Prize – Bottle Wine: Judy Flood; 7th Prize – Bottle Wine: Pat O’ Gorman.
Plans are now going ahead to erect permanent signage for the defibrillators. We also have some enquiries about running another training course so if anyone else is interested please text 086-1024892 a.s.a.p.

A CHARITY WALK along The Nore Valley Walk from Maudlin Street, Kilkenny to Bennettsbridge and back to Kilkenny in aid of Cystic Fibrosis Ireland on Sunday 18th August, starting at 10.30am.

2.00p.m.: Traditional Craft Demonstrations: knitting and embroidery expertise, butter making in Tullahought Community Centre.
Demonstration and talk on restoration of wrought iron gates in old forge, by Mr. Shem Caulfield. This event is a Heritage Council sponsored project.
3.00p.m.: Guided tour of Knockroe Passage Tomb by Dr. Muiris O’Sullivan.
9.00p.m.: Trad music at Powers, Tullahought and Delaney’s, Slatequarries.
