THE ANNUAL CHRISTMAS BAZAAR will be held in Windgap Community Centre on Sunday 9th December at 2.00 p.m. All usual events will take place. As in previous years Christmas Cakes are a speciality at Windgap Bazaar so the usual appeal is being made for cakes for icing. Raffle tickets will be distributed to all houses over the next few weeks.

A COLLECTION will be taken up in each parish on the weekend of 24/25 November so as to provide for retired priests in the diocese. At present 12 priests are retired (5 are in full time nursing care). 10 more are due to retire within a few years. It will be the second collection.

MASS FOR CHILDREN who will receive their First Holy Communion next May will be celebrated at 10.00 a.m. next Sunday 25th November in Windgap.

Feast of Christ the King: Forty hours Adoration will take place in Room 6, St Fiacre’s Parish Centre, Loughboy beginning with Mass at 7.30pm on Friday November 23rd celebrated by Fr. Willie Purcell & ending on Sunday 25th with Mass at 12 noon celebrated by Bishop Seamus Freeman. A Rota has been organised but you are invited to attend at any time during the forty hours even if only for a few minutes to represent your Parish.
As part of this Celebration, a Vocations Seminar will take place in the Centre from 11am to 1pm on Saturday 24th led by Fr. Willie Purcell, National Vocations Co-Ordinator. Everyone welcome to attend.

NOVENA OF MASSES (9 masses) will be celebrated during November for those deceased relatives & friends whose names are on the November lists of the dead. You may you’re your deceased relatives on forms provided at the end of church or on paper of your choice. Leave lists on the Altar.
